Leading a Team to Breakthrough Performance

Are you a high-performing leader focused on getting the best results?

Although leadership can be a rewarding journey, it also comes with its fair share of roadblocks. Every day, real leaders face real challenges. Intense pressure, risk of failure and exhaustion are just a few.

Why Is Leading a Team So Difficult?

There’s no way around it. Leading a team is hard!

Regardless of the industry you’re in or the size of your team, you face unique and complex challenges every day leading others.

Perhaps some of these sound familiar?

My guess is you’re doing all you can to figure out how to:

Drive Performance

  • Get as much done with the team, the time and the resources you have -- without burning out
  • Understand how to work effectively with team members from different generations
  • Create buy-in for your goals and vision

Lead Through Change

  • Navigate the winds of change and lead your team through disruption
  • Infuse energy and passion into your team when they are tired and frustrated

Deal with Conflict

  • Deal courageously with conflict between team members
  • Hold crucial conversations with your team when hard truths need to be shared

Establish a Strong Team Culture

  • Overcome negativity to have a positive impact on the people you lead
  • Gain their trust -- and encourage them to trust one another

Not Be Your Own Worst Enemy

  • Manage your own feelings of overwhelm and the constant struggle to balance your work and personal life
  • Quiet the voice in your head that says you weren’t cut out to be a leader and you’ll never have what it takes to successfully lead others

Discover Purpose and Meaning as a Leader

  • Find the confidence and passion you need to lead
  • Feel your leadership is meaningful to yourself and others

These Challenges Are Very Real

If you’re tired of facing these challenges on your own, I have something for you. I have decided to offer a mini-course this summer – “Leading a Team to Breakthrough Performance.” This is perfectly timed to give you the mid-year boost you need to jump-start yourself and your team for the rest of the year.

For just four weeks in July, we’ll meet online as a cohort and create a community of leaders who all want the same thing – to lead our teams to new heights and become better leaders ourselves.

This course is an organized system and proven approach to help you achieve results you may never have been able to achieve up until this point.

You’ll be especially interested in this course if:

  • You’ve got year-end goals looming that your team is behind on now and you’re worried about reaching in time.
  • Your team has some serious struggles, yet you know what’s coming and how everyone will have to pull together to succeed.
  • You desperately need a shot in the arm to boost your own leadership capabilities and confidence so you can spur the team on to a higher level of performance.

What You'll Receive

"Leading a Team to Breakthrough Performance" offers four focused weeks of carefully curated content, learning experiences and a supportive leadership community including:

We’re creating a closed Facebook group just for this cohort. You’ll have opportunities to meet and engage with other leaders each week in a safe, secure environment through assignments, conversations and best-practices sharing.

You’ll get in and out of this course in just a month. Yet you’ll have packed a lot of learning in that time to help you begin leading in a very different way.

What We'll Cover

I’ve created this course by pulling some of the most valuable lessons I've learned from my own experiences as well as from the best practices and teachings of other successful leaders.

We’ll focus for four weeks on helping you become the best team leader you can be by covering:

  • Week 1: Setting inspiring goals and envisioning a powerful future for yourself and your team
  • Week 2: Coaching others to think and perform at a higher level
  • Week 3: Creating a collaborative culture that thrives through true teamwork
  • Week 4: Dealing with difficult conversations

Hi, I'm Elise

I’m a three-time CEO and an in-the-trenches leader with 20-plus years of experience working in both corporate and entrepreneurial life.

Like you, I’ve wrestled with decisions big and small and felt the weight of the world on my shoulders. I’ve spent many sleepless nights trying to figure out what to do as a leader and wishing I could find that perfect handbook on leadership when I really needed it!

While I’ve made countless mistakes along the way, the good news is I’ve learned some invaluable lessons, too. I share many of them in my book Leading Through the Turn. I also speak publicly around the world, am an executive coach, teach leadership courses, and work alongside my own team.

Simply put, I do all I can to help leaders like you live and lead at your best and find a way forward in an increasingly complex world.

Now I’ve created this course specifically designed for leaders who are serious about finding a better way to live and lead. I invite you to join me!
