Prior to launching TrueDepth, I was COO for Red Level, a technology consultancy. During my tenure, the company grew more than 50%. I managed daily business operations, oversaw marketing and HR, and established strategic partnerships with clients such as Microsoft, DellEMC and Ingram Micro.
I was also co-founder, president and co-CEO of Airfoil, a national, top-ranked marketing and PR firm focused on the technology sector. At Airfoil, I spearheaded our expansion into Silicon Valley, London and Shanghai. I also led the Microsoft, PayPal, LinkedIn and eBay accounts. Learn more about Janet here.
I’ve built three successful companies from scratch and spent the past two decades advising leaders from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
My biggest adventure was founding Mitchell Communications Group. During my tenure as CEO, the agency grew more than 500% in five years, was twice named to the Inc. 500/5000 list and Agency of the Year, and was a top 10 fastest-growing PR firm globally. Notable clients include: Walmart Stores Inc., Procter & Gamble, Marriott Hotels and Tyson Foods.
I sold the firm in 2013 and led its successful integration with our parent company, Dentsu Aegis Network. Today I advise clients through my own leadership and business consultancy and am passionate about helping high-performing leaders achieve more. Learn more about Elise here.

What if I change my mind? We do not issue refunds for Rising to the Challenge Leadership Academy. However, we understand things happen. You are eligible to receive a credit towards another leadership experience or another cohort of Rising to the Challenge Leadership Academy if you notify us before the first class.
Who else will be in attendance? You will be with other senior-level leaders from different businesses and industries. We anticipate most members will have 10-plus years of leadership experience.
